So here we are! It's training season.. Do you have a plan? What if together we could make you the
best athlete possible through the development of strength, power, nutrition, agility, flexibility, motivation and FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH and SPEED! Also introducing memory recollection exercises, anticipation of unexpected and reactionary drills. Combine with a dialed stretching & massage regime to relax and focus the mind and loosen up those overworked muscles!
I offer specialized, individualized, sports specific training for our very different, very demanding sport. I focus on correcting all the major muscle imbalances causing crooked spines, lower back pain, imbalanced leg strength/endurance, bad knees, weak ankles, shoulder problems including neck pain, drop/rolled shoulders and cramping in hands/feet.
What will you gain from this.. Crash resistance/injury prevention, faster healing/recovery, muscle balancing, injury rehab, nutrition guidance and cardio conditioning specific to your biking discipline and more!
